**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives; ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, content, strategy, operations) to execute client projects effectively.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns or queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a marketing, creative, or digital agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
