**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **RERA Compliance & Litigation**:

- Handling RERA registration and related compliance.
- Drafting and filing of legal documents as required by RERA.
- Addressing litigation matters under RERA and other construction laws.
- **Title Reports & Search**:

- Conducting title searches and preparing title reports.
- Preparing supplements for title verification and legal due diligence.
- **Project Legal Compliance**:

- Overseeing the legal aspects of construction projects including compliance with building laws and regulations.
- Handling consumer cases and disputes related to real estate.
- Addressing inter-departmental legal queries and managing legal communication between departments.
- Responding to recovery notices from banks.
- **Court Proceedings**:

- Managing civil and revenue cases in district courts, High Court (Pune)
- Handling environmental cases and liaising with the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB).
- Attending hearings, following up on case progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Coordination with Senior Advocates**:

- Coordinating with senior advocates for the drafting and review of legal documents.
- Providing legal opinions and assisting in the formulation of strategies for complex legal matters.
- **Legal Drafting**:

- Preparing conveyance deeds, correction deeds, DAPA, and other documents related to real estate transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing mortgage deeds, release deeds, etc.
- **Online Portal Management & Data Entry**:

- Managing legal tasks through online portals such as IGR, GRAS, and other relevant websites.
- Researching, downloading documents, and obtaining 7/12 extracts and other required documents.
- Ensuring timely data entry for maintaining legal records.
- **File Management & Organization**:

- Ensuring the proper filing and organization of legal documents.
- Managing scanned files and ensuring all documents are accessible and properly categorized for legal reference.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Law (LLM or equivalent).
- 4 to 5 years of legal experience, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of construction law, RERA, property titles, and real estate transactions.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent legal research and drafting skills in both English and Marathi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate legal matters, court procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to handle multiple legal tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal online platforms, document management, and office tools.
