- System Requirements technical Product Ownership for assigned program
- Drive and own SRS requirements and traceability through Design, Development and Test through an end product driven approach (Test Driven Approach)
- Documents and maintains product requirement exceptions.
- Supports execution of requirements baseline management process for assigned domain(s)/project(s)
- Supports Requirements metrics targets for assigned program(s)/domain(s)
- Stakeholder (CPM / Customer) management
- Supports Requirements Engineering Technical topics for assigned program(s)/domain(s)
- Maintains organized repository of both customer and 3rd party requirements specifications
- Supports Requirements Analysis Report (RAR) to CPM for new spec package deliveries
- Support the analysis of customer System Requirements during business development/RFQ phase.
- Change Request Requirements Management
- Supports change control management of the project requirements database.
- Supports Change Request impact analysis and provides results to appropriate stakeholders.
- Supports implementation of Change requests in the CRS & SRS (once approved) for assigned domain(s)
- Requirements Open Issues Management
- Captures issues that arise from requirements development and downstream activities
- Interfaces with Functional Owners and other stakeholders to drive resolution of requirements open issues
- Process/Tools
- Ensures compliance to ASPICE level 3
- Participates in improvements in tools and process
- Skills:

- BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 3 plus years of experience in Systems Requirement Engineering
- Broad background in system engineering knowledge
- Experience working in a Requirements Management tool, preferably DOORS and/or DNG.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Flawless written communication skills
- Broad Technical Background with general knowledge of relevant technologies: Bluetooth, WiFi, GSM/CDMA technology, smart phones, Navigation, GPS, Satellite Radio, video, Voice Recognition, Hands-Free operation and automotive environmental requirements.
- Automotive background with working knowledge of vehicle networking protocols
