SAP SF EC LEAD:

The SAP SuccessFactors EC Team Lead will manage end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for the Employee Central module. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership skills, and experience in handling complex HR technology projects across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

  • Manage project planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Solution Design

  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with global HR processes and local statutory requirements.

  • Team Management

  • Guide and mentor consultants and analysts across onshore/offshore teams.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors.

  • Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Apply SAP best practices and introduce innovations from the SAP ecosystem.

  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory).
  • 912 years of experience in SAP SF EC, with at least 23 full lifecycle EC implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuration, workflows, business rules, and data models.
  • Experience in integration with payroll and time management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
