**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
- Conceptualize and create interior design solutions that align with the client's vision while adhering to the company's design principles.
- Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, materials, furniture selections, and decorative elements.
- Utilize advanced design software and tools to create accurate visual representations and presentations for clients.
- Showcase projects through visually appealing renderings, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Incorporate sustainable and innovative design practices into projects whenever possible.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and design technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a liaison between clients and vendors, overseeing the procurement of materials and furnishings.
- Utilize strong marketing skills to promote the company's services and brand across various platforms, including social media, websites, and industry events.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Create compelling marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, and videos, to establish the company as a thought leader in the interior design industry.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align design and branding strategies, ensuring a cohesive and appealing brand image.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and design exhibitions to build professional relationships and represent the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and marketing strategies.
- Solid knowledge of marketing trends, digital platforms, and social media strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
