
Patient Relation Officer

Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing empathetic support and guidance.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard within the healthcare system.
- Assist patients in understanding their rights, responsibilities, and available resources within the hospital.
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information.
- Relay important messages, instructions, and updates to patients in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate channels of communication.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve any patient-related conflicts or disputes.
- Provide patients with information about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and procedures in a clear and understandable manner.
- Offer guidance on navigating the healthcare system, including appointment scheduling, insurance coverage, and financial assistance options.
- Collect feedback from patients regarding their experiences and satisfaction with hospital services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to implement strategies for enhancing patient satisfaction and optimizing the patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Generate reports on patient feedback, complaints, and trends to inform quality improvement initiatives and decision-making processes.
**Requirements-**
1.Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, psychology, or a related field.
2.Previous experience in patient advocacy, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
4.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
6.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient rights, and confidentiality standards.
7.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and patients from various backgrounds.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
