**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase patient acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.
- Plan and coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
