**Job description**

**Desirable Skills**:

- Oral and written proficiency in English is must.
- Knowledge of government exams, including UPSC, and the education sector
- Calm and composed with good listening skills.
- Good at multitasking, time management, and a can do attitude.
- Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques with working professionals and college-going students.
- Fast learner and passionate for inside sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

**Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- **
- Experience in EdTech sales, preferably in competitive exam preparation.
- Proven track record of success in counseling students for competitive exams, particularly UPSC.
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree Economics or any relevant field.
- Make contact with verified leads to turn them into our customers.
- Determining the needs of the customer and providing accurate information about our courses.
- Regular follow ups on previous leads
- Customer engaging and ensuring their satisfaction
- Have knowledge of using leads software.

- Applicants with a background in economics will be given preference.
- Incentive up to 14% for each conversion you will make.

**Salary: CTC ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month ( fixed ) + Incentives ( up to 14% on conversion)**
- **Location : Bhopal & Indore**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
