**What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities)**:

- Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating offers, and negotiating contracts and prices for goods and services.
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring the timely delivery of quality products/services.
- Generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with internal teams to validate specifications, quantity, and delivery schedules.
- Analysing pricing and market trends to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance.
- Managing inventory levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and coordinating with warehouse teams to optimize stock levels.
- Collaborating with quality control to ensure received products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Negotiating favourable terms and conditions with suppliers while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Maintaining contract files and records for future reference and auditing purposes.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline procurement processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
