SpotLet is an innovative platform connecting users with unique properties for staycations, events, and film shooting locations. We are looking for dynamic TeleSales Executives to join our team and drive subscription sales and renewals, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with property owners across India via phone calls to explain and promote SpotLet’s subscription plans.
- Convince property owners to list their properties on SpotLet's platform, emphasizing the benefits of using the service.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets through consistent efforts and effective communication.
- Follow up with potential leads, handle inquiries, and address concerns to close sales efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to share feedback and improve strategies.

**Eligibility**:

- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** are a must.
- Proven ability to work under targets and achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of **subscription sales or renewals** is preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any degree (no specific field required).
- Females are preferred for this position as it primarily involves telecalling.
