As a TeleSales executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing them with information about our banking products and services, and assisting them with their banking needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services.
- Discussing any pending payments of the customer.
- Follow up regarding the payments to be made.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about various banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial services.
- Maintain a customer database and update it with new information and interactions.
- Follow up on customer leads and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies during customer interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:
**Note: Communication in Malayalam or Hindi is mandatory.**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a tele-calling or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
