**About The/Nudge**:
The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.

Our journey to enable 25 million Indians out of ultra-poverty, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. **About the program and role**:
This role is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a new intrapreneurial venture focused on helping urban street vendors grow their business and live a dignified life out of poverty. Come build for millions of Indians while working with leaders and entrepreneurs working towards a poverty-free India.

**What will you do?**Be part of a small team that will go on a 0 to 1 journey together-
- Build and prioritize hypotheses, design experiments /pilot to test and refine these hypotheses-
- Execute experiments/pilot working with users on field-
- Measure success of these experiments through designing metrics, data collection, and analysis-
- Own the secondary research beyond experiments to answer key product strategy and design questions-
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research in the field-
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions for product decision-making and roadmap by providing quantitative/qualitative data analysis and insights-
- Be the early team member who goes beyond job descriptions**Who are we looking for in this role?**2-5 years of work experience in high-performing roles in product management, management consulting, investment banking, tech startups-
- ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment (bias for action, get things done, willingness to work hard, learn new things fast, figure things out on your own)-
- passion and hunger for solving big social problems at scale using technology-
- strong analytical and research skills, attention to detail and love for problem solving-
- strong verbal and written communication skills-
- energy, excitement and empathy for working directly with users on field-
- ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds including from underprivileged background-
- comfort with high level of ambiguity and fluid role and responsibilities-
