**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all AV, lighting, and production equipment.
- Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Ensure equipment is properly tagged, stored, and maintained.

**2. Equipment Preparation & Dispatch**
- Coordinate with the Project and Technical Departments to ensure timely dispatch of equipment as per the BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
- Ensure all equipment is in working condition before dispatch.
- Track equipment movement to and from event sites.

**3. Returns & Maintenance**
- Check and record the condition of equipment returned from events.
- Report and document any damages or missing items.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and replacements.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain records for inward/outward materials, dispatch slips, and vendor invoices.
- Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in preparing daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation for all equipment issued to technicians and projects.

**5. Coordination & Team Support**
- Work closely with drivers, helpers, and logistics staff for smooth loading and unloading operations.
- Assist in shift-based warehouse operations (day/night shifts as per schedule).
- Support project teams in emergency dispatch or last-minute requirements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management (experience in event or AV industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to event schedules.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
