Job Title: Logistics Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including shipments, deliveries, and returns.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety and security procedures.

Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity for efficiency.Implement systems to track and report order fulfillment metrics.Resolve any logistics or warehouse-related issues in a timely manner.**Qualifications**:

- Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders.
- Monitor order processing, packaging, and shipping to meet customer expectations.
- Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and customer service.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
