Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Plan and coordinate inventory replenishment to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth flow of goods through the supply chain.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and other external partners as necessary.
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipment volumes, and operational KPIs.
- Handle any warehouse-related issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
