**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific client requirements.
- Build a strong working relationship with Recruitment Manager and stakeholders.
- Understanding & analyzing the requirements of the position based on the organization’s specifications.
- Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networking.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Education Qualification: Bachelors / Masters Completed in respective field.
- Ability to learn and adapt to working on newer skills and requirements demands.
- Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
- Availability to work before/after typical office hours as work may necessitate.
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
