**Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain Jira instances, including user management, permissions, workflows, custom fields, and plugins.
- Configure and customize Jira to meet the specific needs of our organization, including creating custom dashboards, reports, and filters.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira users, including resolving issues related to workflows, permissions, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions to improve our use of Jira and other Atlassian tools.
- Stay informed about new features and best practices in Jira administration and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage Jira upgrades and migrations, ensuring mínimal disruption to ongoing projects and workflows.
- Document Jira configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience administering Jira in a professional environment.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Jira administration.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Jira workflows, custom fields, screens, and permissions schemes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Experience with scripting languages for automating Jira tasks is desirable.
