_- Report to ASM - _*

**_Area : - Ludhiana, Patiala, Monga, Bhatinda_**
- Responsible for the overall performance of the designated territory of the state
- Should have a strong hold in the market & should be well versed with the demographics and geographic of the territory
- Should have good relationship with the retailers, distributors and SS in the markets
- Should have worked in the ayurvedic industry for at least 2 years
- Should be able to generate daily and monthly reports and establish a strong tracking system within the territory
- Excellent communication skills with a strategic mind-set.
- Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Self -Evaluate performances
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales & profits
- Can have a team of SE/TSI/ISR under him.
- Should be able to supervise their performance and guide them to perform to their best.

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jammu, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
