**Experience: - Must have 12 to 14 years of experience with expertise in planning, designing, developing and support of M365 Full Stack developer scope covering Power Platform /SharePoint development and connected apps -out of box and custom solutions for global clients and projects.**

**Tec**hnology Expertise: - M365 Power Platform (Apps, Automate & Desktop RPA), SharePoint Custom Application and Solution Development, SPFx & other MS 365 integrated development tools with the following**:

- SharePoint Online (Out of box Customizations & SPFx development)
- Power Apps ( Canvas, Model driven, Power Pages, Data verse Modelling etc.)
- Power Automation (Cloud flows, Custom connectors, Desktop RPA)

**Language and programming**: Client Side Object Model, Rest API,Odata,SPFx,React,Type Script,PowerShell,PnP,J Query, Open Graph,Fluent,CSS,Html,SP Services, Node JS,YeoMan,Gulp

**Project development methodology**: Agile and Scrum development methodology with strong understanding of articulating requirements and converting them into M365 solutions

**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Subject Matter Expert in driving adoption of Power Platform /SharePoint & other M365 tools to increase collaboration, employee engagement and process automation.
- Make technical recommendations & decisions (upstream and downstream) related to core MVP, releases, new features and functions for assigned projects & product solutions
- Ensure high levels of performance, availability and security of solution architecture is achieved for assigned scope of work under Microsoft 365 Solution development (SharePoint Online & SPFx, Full Scope of Power Platform & MS RPA)

**REQUIRED SKILL**:

- Overall 12-14 years of experience as technical Expert in driving end to end full life cycle development of solutions through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy using Agile Methodology
- 5+ years of Demonstrated proficiency in requirement gathering, functional design based on business requirements and participate in functional design reviews and gap fit analysis in one or more projects assigned.
- 5+ years of experience in design, develop, build & customize solutions using:
- SharePoint Online (Out of box Customizations & SPFx development)
- Power Apps (Canvas, Model driven, Power Pages, Data verse Modelling etc.)
- Power Automation (Cloud flows, Custom connectors, Desktop RPA)
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework (Modern & Classic sites), SharePoint Hybrid (SPO & OnPrem), CSOM (.NET, REST, JavaScript), SharePoint Apps (SharePoint Hosted & Provider Hosted Apps), Claims aware.NET Applications, Content Management, Collaboration, Workflows and Server-Side Customizations.
- Strong experience in M365 Developer suite especially in areas of custom App development, Webparts, collaboration, knowledge management and employee engagement.
- Experience in developing business solutions using PowerApps Canvas, Model Driven Applications with Indepth knowledge of Dataverse concepts and SharePoint customizations
- Proven experience on developing full life cycle solutions using Microsoft Robotic Process Framework (Desktop RPA)
- Strong critical thinking, numerical, analytical and project management skills.
