Urgent Hiring for Technical Proposal Writer

Location - Noida

Company Profile - IT / Software

Position: Technical Proposal Writer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of company capabilities, past performance, and

experience to use in response to documentation requirements and proposal responses.
- Ability to interact with technical SMEs and translate technical information into business impact and value.
- Write, revise, and edit proposal responses (including executive summaries and technical, management, past

performance, resume, and pricing sections), responses to Requests For Information (RFIs), and marketing material.
- Produce high-quality proposal and Market Research responses and marketing materials.
- Write easy-to-understand presentations, guides, and White Papers on complex topics and technologies.
- Prepare materials and conduct training sessions with internal and external teams to educate, inform, and inspire.
- Analyze existing content to reuse or recycle narrative for proposals, white papers, and other documents.
- Create and maintain the SharePoint Virtual Proposal Center library and Business Development library & pipeline.
- Develop approaches and techniques for the proposals.
- Sketch high-level graphics and work with the graphic artist to finalize it.

Key Areas:

- Must demonstrate understanding of the technical environments that provide the foundation for understanding

the company capabilities and experiences.
- Must maintain a polished, professional demeanor that elicits engagement and promotes collaboration.
- Must have a basic understanding of the Federal Procurement Lifecycle including the role of proposal

development and industry tools and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in technology or business management.
- At least 3 years of experience directly supporting complex technical programs and developing detailed technical

documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with the aptitude to lead solutioning and strategy sessions.
- Strong aptitude for setting milestones and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent team player as a participant or lead on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong experience preparing proposals in a Federal, State or Local Government capacity.
- Successful experience developing proposal responses or preparing technical white papers discussing complex

problems and challenges.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation that explicitly addresses requirements including sections such as

the understanding, approach, methodology, techniques, or best practices.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and graphics or

diagrams
