**Key Responsibilities**: - To utilize technical and analytical skills. - To work in partnership with the business to ensure timely issue resolution. - Liaise with our virtual teams. - Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal stakeholders and ensure timely escalation of issues. - Day to day task Management. - Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage a heavy work load together with tight deadlines. - Quality of work at very high level - coupled with the ability to priorities workloads to meet challenging deadlines. - A high level of integrity with a commitment to service excellence. **Knowledge/experience**: - 4-6 years of experience in Fund Accounting domain. **Qualifications**: - Master’s degree in Finance / Computer Science / CFA / CA / ICWA. - Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles. - Knowledge of all Security types like Equities, Bonds, Repo, CFD, Futures, Options, Bank Debts, SWAPS, Forwards, Spot, etc. trade life cycle, various Corporate Actions and its impact on portfolio. - Basic SQL. - Experience in managing operational delivery. - Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and service commitment. - Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines. - Must be prepared to work in a shift in line with regions supported including India night shifts - Innovative approach to work and continuously identify and implement process improvements - Strong organizational, networking and management skills - Multifonds, WEM, pControl, Confluence, MIG21 Accounting System will be advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Ability to work with mínimal supervision.**Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Fund Accounting - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
