**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Accounting & Reporting**:

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP as applicable.
- Manage general ledger, trial balance, and reconciliations.
- **Audit & Compliance**:

- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Ensure timely completion of audits.
- Maintain compliance with direct and indirect tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- **Taxation**:

- Handle GST filings, returns, reconciliations.
- Ensure proper TDS deduction and return filing.
- Assist in tax assessments and liaising with tax authorities.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
- Monitor actual vs budgeted performance.
- Perform variance analysis and cost control.
- **MIS & Internal Control**:

- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure effective implementation of internal financial controls.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- **Payroll & Statutory Compliance**:

- Supervise payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other labor laws.
- **Liaison & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Handle company secretarial work if required (ROC filing, etc.).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
