Organization is leading manufacturing of Folding Carton, Printing and Packaging Industry Located at Moraiya, Ahmedabad.

Required Education: CA with min 10+ Years Experience as Account & Finance Profile in Manufacturing Industry.
- Primarily responsible for maintaining all Statutory Books of Accounts as per Accounting Standards, related statutory compliances & company policies.
- Ensuring proper accounting of all Incomes, Expenses, assets & Liabilities as per compliance / provisions. Responsible for overseeing all accounting functions such as ledger accounts, financial statements, audit & compliance
- Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly & Half Yearly Accounts within 30 days from end of the respective period (Standalone & foreign entities).
- Finalization of Annual Accounts (Standalone & Consolidated) within 60 days from the end of the year.
- Ensure compliance of Direct & Indirect taxes (IT Act, GST, ESI, PF ETC.,) and all other applicable statutes.
- Update and implement all necessary business and accounting policies and practices.
- Ensure that all statutory returns required by the Government Laws are made on time. Make sure the company meets its compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities.
- Should have worked in an SAP environment. Involvement in implementation of an SAP system is an advantage.
- Handling of all Banking transactions relating to imports & exports, LC issue, releasing of documents etc.
- Handling Bank stock audits, Tax audits, statutory audits, GST Audits & Internal audits.
- Preparation of various Reports - MIS; Budgets and other Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts.
- Preparation and presentation of monthly product wise Gross profit and yield report to the management.
- Coordination with Cost Auditor.
- Help to management regarding production planning and sales planning.
- Monitor and control operating expenses and prepare variance report comparing budget amount and actual amount with reasons.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements across the organization
