**Job Summary**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Site Management**:

- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and timelines.
- Ensure all work is completed to standard and in a timely, efficient manner.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor construction quality to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards in all construction phases.

**Safety Management**:

- Enforce site safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure a safe work environment.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure that all personnel adhere to safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

**Coordination**:

- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and other resources necessary for project activities.

**Inspection and Testing**:

- Conduct regular site inspections and testing to verify that construction complies with project requirements.
- Record inspection results and follow up on any issues needing corrective action.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Address and resolve site-related issues promptly to prevent delays and maintain work quality.
- Proactively manage potential issues to minimize project disruptions.

**Reporting**:

- Provide regular progress reports to project management, highlighting key updates, challenges, and areas of concern.
- Communicate site activity summaries and other relevant information to stakeholders as required.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, building codes, and specific project standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

**Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead site staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Allocate tasks effectively and ensure that team members understand their responsibilities.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspection records, and test results.
- Document project milestones, incidents, and any other relevant site activities to ensure proper record-keeping.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**: High School Diploma, ITI, or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

**Experience**: Minimum 10 years in civil construction, with hands-on experience in a Foreman or Site Supervisor role.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of construction plans, drawings, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with site equipment, tools, and materials.

**Leadership Skills**:

- Ability to manage and motivate on-site personnel effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.

**Communication**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- **Safety Awareness**: Thorough understanding of safety protocols and standards in construction.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily on-site role, with exposure to outdoor conditions and physical activity.
- Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
