**Job Title**: State Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Leadership Management**:Lead and manage the state-level team, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s goals and mission. Provide strong leadership to inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance.

2. **Program Implementation**: Oversee the implementation of animal welfare programs and initiatives within the state, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and effectiveness.

3. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, local authorities, corporate partners, and other NGOs to advance the foundation’s objectives.

4. **Advocacy & Representation**: Serve as the primary spokesperson for the foundation in the state, representing our interests in meetings, conferences, and public forums with confidence and authority.

5. **Fundraising & Resource Mobilization**: Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities within the state. Collaborate with the national fundraising team to secure resources necessary for program sustainability and growth.

6. **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure all state-level operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress, financial status, and impact metrics.

7. **Crisis Management**: Handle any emergencies or crises related to animal welfare with decisiveness and composure, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

8. **Training & Development**: Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of the state team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**

**Educations**:

- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in leadership role within the NGO or similar organization.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong understanding of state-level regulations and compliance requirements related to NGO operations.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Utkarsh Global Foundation.
