**Job Summary**:
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programs to manufacture precision parts and components as per design specifications. The role involves working with CNC machines, creating tool paths, selecting cutting tools, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in machining operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and write CNC programs for milling, turning, or other CNC machines based on design drawings and specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documents to create accurate machining programs.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
- Set up, test, and validate CNC programs on machines to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimize programs for cycle time reduction and material efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation of programs, setups, and revisions.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and machine maintenance guidelines.
- Train operators in program execution and best practices when required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or other controls).
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
- Hands-on experience with CNC setup, tooling, and machining processes.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- 2-5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in precision machining for automotive, aerospace, or glass/metal industries preferred.

Pay: ₹30,515.57 - ₹35,965.46 per month
