**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intake Psychologist. The role would involve onboarding new clients and managing the day to day operations of the office. Please note that the role does not involve consulting clients as a therapist or conducting assessments.

**Work timings**

Monday to Saturday - 10 AM to 7 PM. Sundays Holiday.

This is a full-time work from office role. Our office is located in JP Nagar 1st Phase, Bangalore.
- PG Psychology fresh graduates seeking complementary roles to being a therapist.
- UG graduates taking a gap year
- PG Psychology students pursuing their distance education degrees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all customer communications
- Complete intake & onboarding of new enquires
- Maintain relavant documentation
- Manage therapist calendars
- Manage payments
- Oversee the daily functioning of the office facility
