Provide clear cost/time estimates and keep customers informed of work progress
- Greet and welcome customers open repair order & refer vehicle history
- Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customers’ needs and accurate repair order preparation
- Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor and lubricant charges
- Maintains vehicle functioning & operator complaints by conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage & warranty management
- Inspect customer vehicles for pre-existing damage & additional work require during reception
- Complete customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery of the vehicle

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree/ Diploma in Auto/Mechanical or Graduate may be advantageous
- At least 2 years of experience in the automobile industry in similar role
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate with customers and management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
