**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including ratio, trend, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting functions such as journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and implement financial and business projects.
- Utilize data analysis tools to generate actionable insights from financial data.
- Create and manage financial dashboards and periodic reports to monitor key metrics and performance.
- Participate in research activities to support internal initiatives and client projects.
- Contribute to training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: ACCA Finalist
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a financial or analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling tools
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
