Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Worker:

- **Receiving and Processing Shipments**: Inspecting incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage, sorting, labeling, and storing items in designated locations.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
- **Inventory Management**: Performing regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and updating inventory records.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Working with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals, participating in team meetings, and addressing challenges.

Specific Tasks May Include:

- Receiving and unpacking goods.
- Storing items in designated locations.
- Moving goods using various equipment (e.g., forklifts).
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment.
- Operating warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Following safety regulations and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Physical strength and endurance.
- Basic math skills (e.g., counting, measuring).
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using WMS).
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
