The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and technical expertise to effectively reach and engage the target audience while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives. As a growth Hacker at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.
- Design and execute strategies to drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for specific audiences based on the software product and develop effective strategies to retain target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and audience behavior to identify emerging marketing opportunities while adapting to platform updates.
- Communicate regularly with clients to discuss strategies, provide performance updates, and address any concerns.
- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,285.81 - ₹45,000.00 per month
