**We Are Seeking for Foundry Maintenance Fitter**

**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years Foundry machinery maintaining fitter field

**Education**: ITI, Diploma, BE and fitter related relevant experience

**Salary**: Based On Experience

**Skills**:
1) **Mechanical Skills**: Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair work, along with a solid understanding of mechanical principles and concepts relevant to foundry equipment.

2) **Mechanical Skills**: Breakdown handling in Gen set, moulding machine, furan (No Break system) machine, Crain.

3) **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals to facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting activities effectively.

4) **Safety Consciousness**: Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment for oneself and others.

5) **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail when performing maintenance tasks, with a focus on accuracy and precision to ensure the quality and reliability of workmanship.

6) **Teamwork and Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other maintenance staff, production teams, and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities and communicate progress or issues as needed.

7) **Troubleshooting**: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues, such as equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner to minimize production interruptions.

8) **Scheduled Inspections**:Perform regular inspections of foundry equipment to assess their condition and identify potential areas for improvement or repair.

9) **Parts Replacement**: Replace worn or damaged parts of machinery, such as bearings, belts, gears, and valves, to maintain functionality and extend equipment lifespan.

10) **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other maintenance staff and production teams to schedule maintenance activities in a manner that minimizes disruption to production schedules.

11) **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that maintenance activities are performed in accordance with quality standards and specifications to uphold product quality and consistency.

12) **Housekeeping**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance area, including proper storage of tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
