**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Pattern Making and Maintenance**:
Oversee the creation, repair, and modification of foundry patterns based on design specifications.

Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of patterns for sand casting, shell molding, or other processes.

Supervise periodic maintenance and storage of patterns.

**2. Process Management**:
Plan and prioritize pattern-making schedules to meet production deadlines.

Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.

Ensure compatibility of patterns with molding machines and foundry processes.

**3. Team Supervision**:
Manage and lead the pattern shop team, including pattern makers and technicians.

Provide training and skill development for team members.

Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

**4. Coordination and Communication**:
Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to review pattern requirements.

Address customer feedback related to patterns and implement corrective actions.

Ensure seamless communication between the pattern shop and other departments.

**5. Quality Assurance**:
Conduct quality checks on patterns to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Identify and rectify defects or inaccuracies in patterns before use in production.

Maintain records of pattern inspections and modifications.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:
Strong knowledge of pattern-making processes and materials.

Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and CAD models.

Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in foundry pattern-making and shop management.

Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949.

**Additional Requirements**:
Willingness to work in a foundry environment.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
