F&B Associate is responsible for delivering excellent dining experiences to guests by providing courteous, efficient, and professional food and beverage service. This role ensures guest satisfaction through prompt service, product knowledge, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and drinks as per service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Ensure proper table setup including cutlery, glassware, and linen.
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Handle guest complaints politely and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines as per hotel standards.
- Support in banquet/room service operations when required.
- Assist in inventory checks and replenishment of supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10+2 or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
- Prior experience in F&B service preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-service oriented.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverages, service etiquettes, and POS systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
