Currently, We are looking for the **IT Project Coordinator **in Thrikkakara - Kochi.

**Designation / Position**: IT Project Coordinator

**Position**: IT Project Coordinator

**Experience**: 1+ Years

**Location**: Thrikkakara, Kochi

**Salary Offered**:25K to 30K PM / **Depends**

**We are looking for young aspirants who can spearhead Project Coordinations.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports.
- Manage daily updates on project management tools like Jira, Basecamp etc.
- Enable daily tracking of project progress and handle project issues with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain a risk management system by updating risk registers and mitigation and tracking PMO reviews.
- Follow the SOPs and company processes and implement new improvements with management approval.
- Ensure quality work and achieve desired project results.

**Requirements**:
** Qualification: MCA / MBA / MHRM or a Master’s Degree in a related field (mandatory).**

** Minimum 1 year experience in the IT Industry.**
- Should be able to work without supervision.
- Should be experienced in Vendor management and following-up with project deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in written and digital project management tools like Jira, Basecamp, Hubstaff etc.
- Should be fluent in English and must have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational, multitasking, time-management, client-facing & teamwork skills.

**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiner Preferred / 15 Days **(Max)**
