Qualifications Required: Any Bachelor

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in the relevant field

Compensation: INR 5 - 7 Lakhs per annum

**Job Description**:
1. Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute all racking projects.

2. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.

3. System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

4. Vendor Management: Manage vendors and suppliers effectively and Invoicing of Vendor.

5. Procurement: Handle the procurement of racks and electrical equipment.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

7. Invoicing Coordination: Prepare vendor invoices and coordinate with the finance team.

8. ISO 27001 Standards: Maintain systems according to ISO 27001 standards.

9. Soft Services Management: Oversee soft services management.

10. Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash transactions.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
