As a Fashion Shoot Coordinator at Fuaark Company, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our fashion photoshoots. From planning and scheduling to on-set coordination and post-production, you will ensure that each shoot runs smoothly and achieves the desired creative vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with athletes to confirm shoot schedules, enforce deadlines, and ensure their availability for photo shoots
- Interact with photographers, photo assistants, stylists, and art directors to communicate priorities, rushes, and deadlines for each shoot
- Monitor and spearhead rush photography projects, ensuring that rush images are captured and returned promptly to meet deadlines
- Receive merchandise back after shoots, inspect contents for quality and accuracy, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders
- Manage images post-photo shoot, including coordinating reshoots, rush images, color swatching, and color corrections to ensure high-quality final assets
- Pack and accurately document merchandise for shipping according to specifications, and coordinate the return of merchandise to vendors, buying offices, or warehouses as needed
- Understand business priorities and act accordingly, ensuring that shoot schedules and activities align with overall business needs and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in fashion shoot coordination, production coordination, or a related role
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy
- Ability to work irregular hours and travel as needed for photoshoots
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and photography techniques is a plus
