**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy in line with brand and campaign goals
- Create monthly content calendars in coordination with the design and marketing team
- Plan and oversee Reels, Stories, Posts, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and stylists for shoots
- Monitor brand engagement and manage timely responses to comments, DMs, and messages
- Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to optimize content and ad performance
- Coordinate with digital agency teams for ads, scheduling, and social media tools
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
- Manage giveaways, contests, influencer campaigns, and live events on social platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
- Proven track record of managing high-engagement accounts (preferably in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or retail)
- Strong eye for visual design, brand tone, and storytelling
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and scheduling tools (like Buffer, Later, Zoho Social, etc.)
- Experience in campaign analytics and performance reporting
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creative, organised, and able to work independently with multiple departments

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of photography/videography coordination
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing platforms and contracts
- Exposure to festive and regional content planning is a plus
- Passion for jewellery, design, fashion, and culture

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
