- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated by marketing or promotions.
- Understand the features, advantages, and benefits of all products/services.
- Demonstrate products to customers and explain technical details when needed.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers.
- Provide information based on the customer's needs.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
- Convince potential buyers to purchase.
- Close the sale by completing paperwork and documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain records of sales performance.
- Coordinate with the back office, finance, and delivery teams.
- Maintain and update the sales database (like DMS or CRM).
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to managers.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
