Responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products or services.
- Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Following call scripts and communication guidelines provided by the company.
- Building and maintaining rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Providing feedback to the sales or marketing team regarding customer preferences or trends observed during calls.
- Handling any escalated issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborating with team members to optimize calling strategies and achieve team goals.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding call handling and customer interactions.
- Generating and sending invoices to customers or clients based on services rendered or products sold.
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and ensuring they comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales or customer service, to ensure smooth billing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and resilience in dealing with rejection or difficult customers.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and updating customer records.
- Previous experience in a similar role may be preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and billing procedures.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
