We are hiring two full-time experienced Sales Associate join our team. As an Amazon Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell Amazon Services to customers. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying customer needs, providing recommendations, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals by promoting and selling Services to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide recommendations to increase sales.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including product selection, checkout, and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and promotions. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track sales activities and progress.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of e-commerce sales and experience with CRM tools is preferred.
