Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage in both outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers with the aim of promoting our products/services and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase.

2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with their purchases.

3. Utilize effective sales techniques to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.

4. Build rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using our CRM system.

6. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

9. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and suggestions for improving sales strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

7. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

8. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

9. Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,855.43 - ₹32,021.72 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
