**Job Profile: Office Administrator**

Office Administrator (Min 1 years exp preferred)

**Location**: Gurgaon, Sector 18,

**Role & responsibilities.**
- Need to follow up with transport venders.
- Maintain record of house keeping attendance.
- Cross check of cafeteria food and other works.
- Manage evening Employee Support Service: cab services and logistic arrangement.
- Schedule the daily or weekly routes well in advance.
- Plan and supervise to ensure timely arrival of cabs from start point to the end point.
- Make sure the safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain accurate record of staff shift and service requirements
- Supervise outsourced staff - security, housekeeping, pantry & office admin team.
- Keep healthy and hygiene Office Environment.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with Finance Team and prepare reports of office expenses and arrange bill payment.
- Day to day admin activities and employee engagement.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and procurement of new materials within budget.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- After hours visitor management.
- Support any ad-hoc duties and projects as required to meet the needs of business or as directed by Office Manager.
- Open to work in the night shift (8:00pm to 5:00am)
