- Responsibilities_
- _Running compliance checks on all free text PR (Purchase Requisition) incoming via Coupa; create POs post successful compliance checks_
- _Route PRs via approved Buying Channels (catalogs or web-forms) and preferred vendors_
- _Handling inquiries from internal customers as well as from external vendors and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met_
- _Maintaining clear records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken_
- _Maintaining and updating content in Coupa for category cards, catalogs, preferred vendors, web-forms, to ensure accurate content that is easily accessible to all our business partners_
- _Act as liaison to the Accounts Payable team to resolve PO related invoice issues_
- _Keep track of all requests received, either through ticket or manual tracker, for efficiency and follow-up purposes_
- _Follow-up with requesters/co-functional teams to provide quick resolutions_
- _Following-up up with suppliers/vendors whenever required_
- _Provide periodic updates to users/impacted parties on the status of the ticket/issue raised;_
- _Transfer/raise/coordinate inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution_
- _Find opportunities to improve or to streamline the process_
- _Proactively take action and identify Continuous Improvement opportunities._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English)_
- _Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint_
- _Meaningful working experience in the Procurement field_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Working experience on Coupa or Ariba_
- _Exposure to Source to Pay cycle_
