Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional pickup and drop-off services for the CEO, including to meetings, events, airports, or other locations as required.
- Handle banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and collecting financial documents or statements.
- Follow up with service providers including plumbers, carpenters, electricians, and other maintenance professionals for on-demand administrative tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with real estate brokers for property dealings, including scheduling viewings, document collection, and liaison for negotiations or transactions.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, fueled, and optimal working condition, including scheduling regular maintenance, repairs, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Run personal and professional errands for the CEO, such as purchasing supplies, delivering packages, or managing deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements when needed.
- Handle confidential information and documents with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Support general office administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, or coordinating with vendors, during non-driving periods.
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while driving.
- Monitor and report any vehicle-related issues or administrative task progress to the CEO promptly.
- Be available for occasional out-of-hours or weekend duties based on the CEO's schedule.

Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 3-5 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in an executive support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools (e.g., GPS apps).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages like Hindi are advantageous).
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Physical fitness to handle light lifting or extended driving periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

- Prior experience in administrative roles supporting high-level executives.
- Familiarity with banking procedures, property management, or vendor coordination.
