3. Communication SkillsBasic verbal communication skills in local language (and English/Hindi, if applicable).

  • Ability to understand instructions and report updates clearly to reporting managers.
  • Courteous and customer-oriented while dealing with guests or senior officials.

4. Safety & ComplianceAlways follows traffic rules and company driving policies.

  • Ensures passenger safety and comfort at all times.
  • Keeps vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, license) up to date.
  • Conducts daily vehicle inspections and maintains a clean, well-kept vehicle.
  • Avoids rash driving, mobile phone use while driving, and unsafe practices.

5. Administrative & Support SkillsMaintains daily logbooks, fuel consumption records, and trip reports.

  • Coordinates with admin or transport departments for vehicle servicing and documentation.
  • Supports in delivery or collection of documents/materials as required.
  • Familiar with company premises, client locations, and nearby routes.
