We are looking for an experienced, proven manager (part entrepreneur) that wants to build, support and evolve intelligent automation technologies that are ‘best in class’. The person in this role will be leading and expanding the automation technology offerings within the company, especially within Supply Chain. A product owner, working with business, product, and technical partners, you will be integral to creating a smarter, faster, stronger company because of Robotic Process Application (RPA) development. The person in this role should be comfortable building at the vision level (practice/products) and analyzing at the performance level.

This role is for someone experienced with large companies who knows how to work with stakeholders and team members in a dynamic environment—showcasing value, educating, and ultimately, creating a more future-forward organization.

Strong communication skills, hands-on experience deploying & managing automation technologies, and experience using Agile methodologies (especially around user stories and product development) are a must. This role also includes foundational governance work.
This role is global, with key partnerships within the regions: LATAM, APAC, EMEA, NA.

**Position Requirements**:

- Work with technical partners and business partners to find and manage business improvements through automation projects; establish designated advisor groups to gather, refine and review automation initiatives.
- Map incoming automation requests to Supply Chain and Consumer Health business objectives to stay aligned to highest value initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners and team members to develop a Automation practice that drives significant optimizations within the company, and specifically Supply Chain; this includes intake documentation, education, communications partnership (larger team), and governance.
- Develop and manage product line/s that create standardization-efficiencies.
- Work with platform owner/s to deliver best technical results while also managing best contract pricing (with scale) possible. Provisioning and governance to be considered.
- Define and track metrics to measure success of the practice (maturity), processes within the business, and automations. (Work to make these metrics easily accessible and usable to stakeholders and partners.)
- Advocate for a culture of automation utilization; create opportunities to educate and facilitate change.
