We have urgent job opening for **Allocation Executive**, please find the JD below profile:
**Location**: Delhi
**Job Description:
- **
- Coordination with Care Givers (Attendants, Nurses, Physiotherapist) for booking for the patient care.
- Resolving All care giver Queries
- Customer Retention
- Collecting Feedback from both care giver and customer.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Should be Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Healthcare Industry background will be preferred
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred
**Skills**:
- Good Convincing skills.
- Must possess customer service background
- Enthusiastic and willing to work with startups
- Should not be a Job hopper
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills.
- Effective communication skills verbal and written. Clear diction and clarity in speech.
