**Responsibilities**:

- **Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- To provide accurate and timely support, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings, processes, and systems.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to established service standards, response times, and quality metrics to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.**:

- **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous and professional demeanor.**:

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer issues effectively.
- **Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.**:

- **Good multitasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.**
