**Job Title**: Admin Officer
**Location**: Unicent International School, Hafeezpet
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports to**: School Principal
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Administration**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the school office.
- Maintain school records and ensure the proper filing of important documents, both physical and digital.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and school events.
- **Student & Staff Records**:
- Maintain accurate student and staff records, including attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Assist with the enrollment and registration process for new students.
- **Communication & Correspondence**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications, newsletters, and announcements.
- **Financial Management Support**:
- Assist in handling school finances, including processing payments, managing petty cash, and liaising with the finance department.
- Support the procurement of office supplies and other necessary materials for the school.
- **School Events Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing school events such as parent-teacher meetings, student activities, and staff workshops.
- Coordinate logistics for field trips, guest lectures, and extracurricular activities.
- **Policy and Compliance**:
- Ensure that the school complies with legal, administrative, and educational requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, laws, and regulations concerning school administration.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, in related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with students, parents, and staff members in a professional manner.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working in a school environment.
- Knowledge of basic financial management principles.
- Familiarity with student management systems.
